City Keys is an Accredited Landlord and is registered with Dundee City Council. We are committed to maintaining high standards in all our properties.

We offer our rental properties on Short Assured Tenancy agreements. This means that the minimum period on any tenancy is 6 months, but this period can be extended by mutual agreement.  The majority of our properties are unfurnished, though we would welcome the opportunity to discuss any specific requirements that you may have.

We also offer a number of properties registered with Dundee City Council as Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), primarily aimed at the student market.
